Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy describes permitted and prohibited uses of JuanWheels. It supplements our Terms of Service.

JuanWheels is for legitimate vehicle rental businesses to:

• Manage fleet, bookings, and customer paperwork
• Collect booking requests from customers
• Track payments and operational reminders
• Communicate with renters through provided tools

You may not use JuanWheels to:

• Break any law or encourage illegal activity
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against others
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems without permission
• Access another shop's data or impersonate another business
• Send spam or unsolicited marketing through the platform
• Store or share content you do not have rights to use
• Misrepresent vehicles, pricing, availability, or your business identity

Public booking and renter portal pages must not collect unnecessary sensitive data. Do not use JuanWheels to phish, defraud customers, or bypass identity verification requirements your business must follow.

We may investigate suspected violations, remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent termination.
