JuanWheels ("we", "us") provides rental-shop software for businesses in the Philippines. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how you can contact us.

By using JuanWheels — including signing up, operating your shop dashboard, or submitting information through a shop's public booking page — you agree to this policy.

This policy covers:

• Shop owners and staff who create a JuanWheels account
• Customers who submit booking requests or renter paperwork through a shop's public link
• Visitors to our marketing website

Depending on how you use JuanWheels, we may collect:

• Account details — shop name, owner name, email, and login credentials
• Shop profile — location, contact phone, logo, payment methods, and booking settings
• Operational data — vehicles, drivers, bookings, payments, maintenance records, and documents you upload
• Renter submissions — names, contact details, ID/license images, and waiver acceptance submitted through your shop's portal
• Payment proofs — screenshots you upload for subscription renewal
• Technical data — device/browser type, IP address, and push notification tokens when you enable alerts

We use collected information to:

• Provide and maintain the JuanWheels service
• Authenticate users and keep accounts secure
• Send operational notifications you enable (e.g. new booking requests)
• Review subscription payments and manage billing status
• Improve reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse
• Respond to support requests

If you operate a rental shop on JuanWheels, you are responsible for the customer data you collect through bookings and renter portals, including obtaining any consent required under Philippine law.

We process renter data on your behalf so you can run your business (store bookings, generate waivers, etc.). Do not upload information you are not allowed to share.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted providers that help us run the service, such as database and authentication (Supabase) and push notification delivery. These providers may only use data as needed to perform services for us.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to enforce our Terms.

We keep information while your account is active and as needed for billing, legal, or security purposes. You may request deletion of your shop account subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs (e.g. completed billing records).

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You can:

• Update shop profile and settings in the dashboard
• Disable push notifications on your device
• Contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of account data

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "last updated" date.
