Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JuanWheels, operated for rental shops in the Philippines. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use JuanWheels.

JuanWheels is cloud software for managing rental fleets, bookings, customer paperwork, and payments. Features may change over time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

You must provide accurate signup information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

One shop account should represent one business unless we agree otherwise in writing.

New shops may receive a free trial period as shown during signup. After the trial, continued use requires payment according to your selected plan (monthly or yearly).

Prices, plan limits, and payment instructions are shown in Settings → Plan. Submitting payment proof does not automatically renew your account until we review and approve it.

If payment is late, we may restrict editing (new bookings, vehicles, etc.) after any stated grace period. We may suspend accounts that remain unpaid.

You agree to:

• Use JuanWheels only for lawful rental operations
• Obtain required consents from customers whose data you collect
• Keep waivers, IDs, and rental records accurate and secure
• Comply with traffic, consumer, tax, and other applicable Philippine laws
• Not misrepresent your business on your public booking page

You control the content on your shop page, waiver text, and customer communications. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.

You must not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

You may not abuse the platform, attempt to break security, scrape other tenants' data, resell access without permission, or use JuanWheels to spam or harm others. See our Acceptable Use page for more detail.

JuanWheels, its branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. You retain ownership of your shop data.

JuanWheels is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, legal compliance of your waivers, or fitness for every use case. You are responsible for your rental agreements and operations.

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim.

You may stop using JuanWheels at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the platform.

Sections that by nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limits of liability) will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled in courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
